Emily grew up in the south Chicago Suburbs, where she played softball at Marian Catholic High School and Homewood Flossmoor High School. She took the next step to playing college softball at Prairie State College, South Suburban Community College, Robert Morris University, and then finishing her senior season at Trinity Christian College. She officially graduated with a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Pre Law at Trinity.
